POUND Fitness with Cat Leopard
Location Change to: LobbyWhat is POUND: POUND is a cardio jam session inspired by the energizing fun of playing the drums. Instead of listening to music, you become the music in this full-body workout that combines cardio, conditioning and strength training with Pilates-inspired movements. POUND uses Ripstix (lightly-weighted drumsticks specifically for exercise) and is designed for all fitness levels. https://poundfit.com/about/
Who can Participate? Pound is for Anyone (no matter what fitness level) ages 12 and older. Children under 12 can participate under parental supervision (Please message me with any questions).
When and Where: Sundays, 4:00-4:45 pm in the Lobby at the Church
What to Bring: Ripstix will be provided. You only need to bring an exercise mat and a water bottle.
What is the Cost: Donations are accepted via cash or Venmo (to cover monthly certification fees).

Who Am I: My undergraduate degree is in Health and Physical Education. I have been physically active most of my life. I played volleyball throughout high school and college. I used to run long distance races but needed more support and encouragement. I have been a certified Pound Pro for over 7 years and have been a Tour Crew brand ambassador for 5 years. I am nationally certified with AFAA as a group fitness instructor. I am BLS (CPR/First Aid) certified.
What is my Purpose: In order for us to love God and love others, we need to not only take care of our physical health but also our mental health (Including our emotional health and spiritual health). Mark 12:30, "Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind and with all your strength."
