  • Creating communities where people of all abilities are valued, included& empowered. TAKE ACTION: Attending training on Jan. 23 to learn more and support the mission to welcome people of all abilities to church.

  • Opportunity to participate in a mission trip to Tanzania this Summer. TAKE ACTION: Pray for this mission trip. Go on this mission trip.

  • The Annie Armstrong Easter Offering (AAEO) is the primary way Southern Baptists fund missions in North America. One hundred percent of gifts given to AAEO go to the field to support more than 2,900 missionary families serving across the United States and Canada. TAKE ACTION: Give to reach our $8,000 goal and pray for our N American missionaries.

  • April’s Mission Focus is the North Georgia Pregnancy Care Center. This center is located in Dahlonega and existst to support at risk babies and encourage the choice of life.

  • Singles Ministry lead by William Illg.

  • In June, our Mission focus is the Student Ministry Crossroads Mission Trip to Sterns, KY.

  • 100% of giving to Lottie Moon goes to support missionaries overseas. Our church goal in 2023 was $10,000. Giving exceeded that goal with a total of $10,875.

CHAIRPERSON: CAT LEOPARD - I am passionate about Missions from local to foreign. I served as a Journeyman in China for two years after college. I have a Master's Degree from SBTS in Missiology. I am so excited about what God is doing here at our church.

TEAM MEMBER: ANDREW MADDOX -I have a passion for evangelism and a heart for the lost.  I just want to reach people locally, regionally, and world-wide with the gospel.

Web Lodge, Evangelism and Missions Team

TEAM MEMBER: WEB LODGE - I feel that God has given me a heart to help those who need support or a helping hand. God’s people helping those in their time of need allows the Lord to show them how important they are to Him. I believe that serving our local community is God’s game plan. There were these 12 guys… they changed the world!

CO-CHAIR: BEVERLY FREEMAN - My passion for missions began as a young girl in G.A.’s then put it into practice when my husband and I served as NAMB Mission Service Corp Volunteers in Montana for 10 years. “The fields are white unto harvest” and God is just waiting for us to obey.

TEAM MEMBER: LISA FRANCE- I believe we are called to be Jesus' hands and feet in Dawson County. Working in a non-profit, I see many people with varying needs - homelessness, food insecurity, etc.  We are called to share Jesus and also meet basic needs.
